Our Approach

One coordinator. A vetted network. Your project, handled.

Take the free Made to Scale readiness assessment or book a discovery call. We learn what you're trying to accomplish and map out what's needed.

How We Work

1

Discovery

For complex projects, book a discovery call. $300/hour, applied toward your engagement if we move forward.

2

Coordination & Execution

Once we scope the work, you get a dedicated client portal with your proposal, invoicing, project tracking, and direct communication with our team and network.

3

Independent by Design

Rural Exports has no contractual obligations to any single carrier, 3PL, or forwarding company. Every recommendation is based purely on what fits your situation. If you already have providers in place, we can work with them — evaluating what you've got, optimizing where it makes sense, and only bringing in our network where it's needed. We work for you.

The Export Process: Five Critical Layers

1

Strategy

“High-level consultants who decide whether to expand, which markets make sense, and the overall game plan. We can suggest proven consultants or work directly with your existing strategy team.”

2

Production

“Manufacturing and operations experts who confirm the product meets international standards and can scale for export.”

3

Sales & Distribution

“Channel partners, distributors, and sales teams who find buyers and place the product in the new market. We can recommend strong distributors or coordinate directly with your current sales team.”

4

Coordination — This is Rural Exports

“Export readiness. Compliance and documentation. Freight coordination. Corridor planning. Timeline management. Landed-cost control. We become your single point of contact, design the full execution plan, and coordinate the specialists in layer 5 — while working hand-in-hand with the consultants and distributors from layers 1 and 3.”

5

Execution Specialists

“Customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, certifying bodies, and insurers. We bring in the right ones at the right time, oversee their work, and keep them accountable to you.”
